Yes, our products are original, coming directly from the brands we are associated with. They all come labelled with the original price of the product and packaged by our distributor.
After purchasing on our website, as soon as the brand notifies us that the products have been dispatched to our distributor, we send you an email with your tracking number. From there, you can follow the parcel all the way to its final destination, your home.
We accept payment with MBWay, credit cards, PayPal and Klarna. We want our customers to have access to all types of payments so that they can pay in the most convenient and secure way.
We are based in Portugal and have a distributor who works throughout Europe. Our company started from a small land with big dreams. We know that, increasingly, the way we look after ourselves matters and that's why we wanted to bring accessibility to the world of fashion, for everyone.
Within the first 24 hours of receiving your item, take photos of the faulty or damaged product and send them by email to info@meggiemoo.pt along with your order number, tracking number, name and address.
Then we'll send you a code for the value of your order so that you can use it again on our site and buy the product again or another one that you like better.
Note: If you are unhappy with the incorrect size or the colour you chose and you wanted a different one, we will not be responsible for exchanging the product. We leave all the product information in the subtitles to prevent this from happening.
